I'm American, descended from Bohemian, English, Scot, and Irish, with Italian and French in the distant past. My beloved granddad called me his Gypsy Princess. Maternal ancestors were early settlers in Virginia and Maryland, in 1600's.
College graduate with two teaching credentials, I've taught in both secondary and elementary schools, public and private. I'm currently an Educational Consultant, taught ESL, and have written six courses of study in English grammar. I wanted to apologize if anything I said in the Valentines Day contest offended you...I wasn't upset w/ anyone in general, as I'm sure you would agree, we have had quite a few issues on this site, and yes, grammar is a wonderful attribute
