Or...you can go to the icon that says "messages" at the top of your page. That will open a place for you to write a message to all of your fans. It will then open in their fanboxes.

When you join a contest a message will come up automatically that says "message" or "e-mail". Click on the "message" tab and it will be automatically typed out for you. At the bottom of the page it will have a box that says "Send". click it
