Rendered naked to the whole entire effing world, Araena (pronounced A Raen A) made her debut in her hometown, New Brunswick, New Jersey. The Hub City of New Brunswick is where this eccentric beauty captured an embryonic whirlwind of melodious madness through punk, poetry, and songwriting.

Araena’s debut EP is littered with grimy guitar leads and laced with a wicked dose of her poetized lyrical melodies which are delivered with a Punk style edge. “Music is way too safe these days,” says Araena. “I write music because I don’t want to be safe. I write music because I just want to be myself”. And with that said, the damage has just begun!
