I'm casting for two lead roles. Must be male, and have a clean look and some kind of respectable looking suit, or professional business attire. This short film features two bankers looking back on the financial crisis with glee. Age range 25-38, but flexible. Planning to audition and then shoot early June in downtown San Francisco. No experience necessary. The short will be a film about two investment bankers reminiscing about their money making prowess and their interaction with a homeless man. Here is a recent film I worked as the cinematographer on:http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KVsSwERTACo so you get a sense of my work.Things to note:I'm an actor and filmmaker. I've worked a lot as an actor and know how directors have aggravated me in the past and I do my best to not replicate these things while I am behind the camera. Here is my directors manifesto, heavily influenced by my acting work, so you have an idea of what to expect:- I will NEVER read you lines. When directors read lines to me it aggravates me beyond belief and I'm sure the majority of actors feel the same way. I will not do this to you, but I'll do my best to bring out your best in the scene.- I will not waste your time. I've been at shoots where I'm waiting around for hours to do a scene. I know things sometimes come up, but as an actor it always feels very disrespectful. As a filmmaker I try to schedule the shots so that everyone's time is respected.- I will be efficient. Filmmaking is about the STORY. You don't need to spend an hour setting up lighting, or do 100 takes. I shoot with a minimal, but professional equipment and crew, but get great results.- I will be prepared. I have a descent body of work and have worked on many films. I make films because I'm passionate about it, not because I have a project due. Therefore, I will be prepared. This means my equipment will be functioning and ready to go. You will have the script before the day of the shoot. There will be no major script changes. My shot list will be complete and well thought out.- I will give you your footage (as an actor I know how hard it is to get sometimes). I will get you footage in a timely fashion. On many occasions I've had to follow up numerous times to get a few clips, and sometimes nothing at all. I will also finish the project. Thanks you and look forward to hearing from you.Location: San Franciscoit's NOT ok to contact this poster with services or other commercial interestsCompensation: no pay
