Taltopia staff should have monitored entries for compliance with stated rules. Most entries in this contest would have been deleted
for failure to comply.

Allen, I'm not an artist but have judged several exhibitions in my area. I have not seen the original, but strongly suspect the "winner" is a computer generation, not a "hand-drawn" work.

I would hope that the final decision rests solely on the artists ability as it relates to the rules that were clearly set forth. If not, the integrity of the entire site is totally shot.
