Well Ricardo, seeing as the purpose of the contest is to produce an advertisement that will go in a national magazine, it needs to advertise this website, with at least some information on it.

it doesnt mean you wont get votes, it just means that in the end the admins won't choose your entry because it doesn't sell THIS website, in the way they need it to.

Some people might enter just to do so. as long as everyone has fun, and decides for themselves how big a shot they have. personally i feel that we shouldnt be able to vote for ourselves... imagine obama voting a million times for himself?

idk, i think either way it doesnt matter... no one is going to remove entries because theire outside the criteria. In the end they only hurt themselves. Also, it seems that this matter more for some over others.

It's a free contest; of course anything goes. It doesn't make sense to be flagging ads when you didn't have to pay anything for your entry either. Just be proud with what you submitted.

i think the rules section needs to be more focused on, becuase some entris wont have a chance if they dont fir the criteria. It evens the playing field if everyone knows what theyre making
