If you look close you can make out letters, it was wet so it had to be outside.

A photo that went wrong but its okay. This image was captured along Chicago's Lake Front. At Night. A show of very fast spinning lit, fire batons. My shutter stayed open and this is it. Blue flash is camera on the other side of field.

I have to give it to you Mamm, not a weather vane. I guess it is a wind catcher. I call it a whirlygig or a pinwheel. It catches the wind.
