No, no, Aubrey, it's a 70's oil-dripping lamp. There's a little pump that moves mineral oil up to the top where it drips down on strings. The neon is from black light and a good camera. :)

I decided to post something a little different. Not exactly a "rainbow" of nature, but all the colors are most definitely there. :)
