Thanks Photogenetics, I used a Canon 1000D with the 18-55mm lens. I was inches away from that Lace fly.

Thank you Photogenetics... I used my standard lens, 18-55mm. It was a lucky shot, she was to busy laying her eggs in the drying Poppy to notice me.

photogenetics, "found my honey",the plant is called "Red Hot Poker", I have one that grows in my yard here in Athens Georgia, it's one of my favorites. Good job.
