| I run 1a track and cross country. I have a state ring my freshman year in track and a state ring my sophomore year (first year) in cross country. I run the 800 (2:28)(third in state), 400 (1:00), 4X800 relay (10:07)(first in state)(beat school record by 21 seconds), 4X400 relay (2:21)(third in state). in cross country, i was 14th overall in state and our team won state.
