second girl- good backhand springs. keep your legs straighter. pretty lay out. once again..legs straighter. over all really good. except ur kick overs. ur supposed 2 arch into them. but both of u r good :D

for the first girl- practice handstand pops. ur bridges r supposed to be arched.. ur practically landing on your head. point ur toes. good tucks tho. tuck a little big more. legs together
