Why I write

Why I write Writing poetry has become a way out A way out of the stress and the hard work It allows me to get everything out So I dont keep it to myself Away to tell people how I feel Without actually having to tell them Even though no one really wants to listen I can give them something so that they can understand They may not get it and they may not like it But its the only way I can handle the pain Of all the criticism and hate Now that I have written this poem Telling why I write poems Know I will send on a journey through my mind Enjoy.
