Fearless
The ebbing tide crashes along The moonlit beach. The ocean air is crisp and fresh as I take it all in, Every breath is like my last. The stars twinkle in the clear, night Sky above, as the moon casts her White light down on the water. Peace overwhelms me, I finally feel free and unchained to lifes sad song. Fearlessly I make my way closer to the crashing waves. One false step and the tide could drag me away, Into her abyss, never to be seen Again nor heard from. For far too long Ive feared the beauty of The nights tide. Tonight, Im letting the tide have me, Im going to take my first fearless steps towards The ebbing waters. Fearless.
