I am an intelligent and driven young woman, who strives towards excellence in both a personal and professional setting. I speak well of my co-workers and carry myself with the utmost mannerisms and respect. I am looking for an employer that will not just hire and forget its employees, but instead drive that person to do their very best each and every day. I am disciplined, an eager student, and incredibly faithful towards employees and friends alike. I come from a country where respect and discipline are key assets in each aspect of life. I expect the highest of myself and am willing to work extremely hard to reach my goals and fulfill my potential. When I first started with Oriflame, three days a week we would be involved in classes that would teach us about different cosmetics for different type of women. We learned color schemes based on people and look. We also learned how to differentiate between all natural cosmetics and synthetic brands. We were taught how to care for skin and how to teach others what we were learning. We were given catalogues and would use network marketing to sell products to friends and families. The main point I learned from the early time I spent was to not only get people to buy products, but to help them purchase cosmetics that would actually work for them, make them feel better about themselves, and be beautiful. Since that time I moved on to working with Mary Kay as well as AVON and I have been distributing and teaching beauty lessons since then. I was a waitress at Tommy Doyles and excelled in customer service. I came in to work every day with a great attitude and a wonderful smile, making sure that the patrons were considered above all else. I had an incredible relationship with my co-workers and had an incredible time working there. I worked for an event called Harbor Fest which is held in City Hall. Basically our client for the day was Wendy's, so I assisted in unloading the truck and getting the site set up for the day. People began to show up around 10:00 am at which time I helped them navigate the computers and the new Wendy's website. The event was for Citizens Bank promoting their recently opened location n Harvard Square. We passed out mock debit cards which unfolded and showed a map of Citizens Bank locations. We also passed out Citizens Bank brand mints. We worked in Harvard Square and Central Square. I worked an AARP event at the Connecticut State House/Legislative Building. Basically, my duties included taking photographs of the AARP mascot, a donkephant (half donkey, half elephant). We were promoting unity between the parties in an effort to help reform health care. We met a number of government officials and many adoring children. I worked a runway show at Club Estate which incorporated designers from Newbury ST as well as the hair salons and stylists from Newbury ST. It was an ode to Boston designers and stylists. Working with Enzo and CO. Salon, taking care of the hair and make up; wearing three different dresses from Samira Vargas, we tore up the runway. The dresses were split into three styles based upon the same basic design. So when configured differently, the dresses were totally different and felt like a work of art. Enzo himself worked on my hair, and not wanting to cut any of my natural blonde, he parted it to the side in a fashion befitting a queen. The show was spotlighted by photographers from major media outlets and it was a truly incredible experience. The event was a two day magazine promotion for H&Ms winter catalogue. We braved the cold weather in order to hand out magazines and inform the general public and our target demographic of H&M sales as well as gist opportunities. Working with Regine Lafond, founder of iMan INC, I worked with a designer from Los Angeles who worked primarily with leather outfits. The runway show was spectacular, and started off with a photo shoot before becoming a flash of light bulbs and cameras. We worked the runway all night; wearing tight leather pants and long wedding gown esq. leather dress. Working hard not to step on my toes, I had an incredible time and learned a great deal from Regine and her partners. The event was a marketing campaign on scooters. We drove around the city, promoting a new restaurant in high traffic areas. Our uniforms served as billboards and we handed out promotional material. I worked at different clubs and bars promoting Absoluts newest flavor and their brand in general. As brand ambassadors we passed out samples of different mixes and cocktails, engaging bar patrons and club goers. My job was to be the life of the party and to make sure people enjoyed themselves thoroughly, associating that enjoyment with the brand. I worked at the Massachusetts Seafood Convention for The Sultan of Oman seafood products and their brand. We interacted with people visiting the convention and I would orchestrate distributors and sales personnel tot our kiosk and to our products. I would inform them of how The Oman line of products was made fresh and delivered in the same condition. I was hired as an independent contractor spreading the word about the upcoming film The Haunting in Connecticut. I visited Boston University, Northeastern, Harvard, and MIT campus centers, taking pictures with students and speaking to them about the upcoming film. The promotion was great because I got to speak with a number of young people and handed out miniature notebooks and candles as promotional material. People loved the notebooks, girls loved the scented candles. I had a really great time and went to see the movie the night it came out. I was approached by the owner of Equilibrium and was asked to be a part of their promotional team. Basically our duties include raising awareness about the fitness center and helping people sign up as well as get into shape. I also informed gym goers of the services offered and how they could take advantage of the special deals that the gym would have during certain time periods. I have worked as nutritionist and work out at least two to three times a week. We worked as a member of Malibus team on the scene at various clubs promoting some new flavors. We were not only responsible for distributing Malibu to the masses, but also for getting the crowd involved and excited about the event and the night. We passed out t-shirts, sandals, Malibu chains, and a number of other promotional materials. The people really loved us and enjoyed what we brought to the club that night; not only the merchandise, but also the energy and fun. I had a great time working the event and really enjoyed being the reason for a lot of peoples good time. Working as a brand ambassador for Windex, we did on site demonstrations of their new product, Windex wipe pads. We set up outside of Home Depot locations on different weekends; attracting people to come and view the demonstrations as well as demonstrating the awesome power of Windex wipe pads. Working at the Health and Fitness Expo at Hynes Convention Center was an incredible experience. Not only learning so much about healthy ways to lead a better life, but also working with some of the best in the dental industry. I was working as an assistant Lida Ibrahimi, a renowned dentist who works on correcting the teeth as well as whitening solutions. We set up and were immediately stormed by people wanting to receive their teeth whitening products. We actually did on site teeth whitening and I assisted with this. Boston Harbor fest is a great event, with free food and great activities, topped off by Chowder fest ending the week. Honey Bunches of Oats, working with Pierce promotions and ATN Inc set up a huge tent and offered the first ever cereal bar. We gave out free samples of cereal and allowed people to try out the six different flavors of Honey Bunches of Oats. Working the Dew Tour was an incredible experience. Not only was it great seeing extreme sports and the big names come out to rip it, but working with Playstation 3 was so much fun. I was a walking PSP girl,. carrying along with me a PSP with the Rock Band series and letting people rock out. We recorded the high scores and the winners of each day got a free PSP! I had so much fun working with young people, showing them how to use the PSP, and informing Dew Tourers of everything Playstation. It was awesome. This one pretty much explains itself. Beautiful girls passing out free samples of beer! We also handed out shirts and baseball hats to those we encouraged to buy a case of Corona beer. Guests had a great time with us, and us with them! The AJ promo was about the re-opening of the store. The key was to sport the outfits that were sold at the re opening and offering great deals! Some went between 40 and 70% off. Our duties also included handing out flayers with savings deals. We promoted products such as pants, shirts, shoes, and home staff (bed and bath). The main target of this promo were the student population. This job was all about health. Our mission was to promote healthy eating habits and healthy products. There were lots of business owners, importers, and manufacturers, whose products we introduced to the market. Our biggest achievements when we do this promo, is how many people we turn into eating healthier. Its great to see how excited we can make people and how well we can promote the produce we offer. The main idea was that our product is absolutely organic and natural, decides that people was surprised that the product is gluten free, which is very important since more and more people discovering that they have a allergy on wheat. So its not only promoting a fantastic product, also a healthier choice of lifestyle! I think the most exciting thing during the Stoli promo was the fact that the place was packed! Stoli was presenting evening of intrigue, tempting cocktails, and a dazzling performance of the Moskova Affair featuring Vau de Vire Society. There was dancing and ultimately a great vibe. One of the keys for success was that the samples we were giving were full size cocktails for free! Clients had the option of choosing between 4 different cocktails to show them the variety of possibilities you have with Stoli Vodka. The cocktails lasted only seconds before we had to make the next tray of drinks! At the end, complete success! Working for the Blackberry promotion was a great experience and lots of fun! Huge stadium, a thousands of people, positive atmosphere, cool Blackberry's phones and U2.. you can't ask nothing more. we was representing a new Blackberry's phones and informing every interested in a new "U2 Mobile application", which every one could download on the phone absolutely free. With that application fans could follow all band news and tour plans, view gallery and listen songs from the new album, so it's was making all people of any age very happy.Thank you Blackberry! | For this gig my job was to distribute literature on a variety of products in a friendly and professional manner. The key was to approach the student population and get them excited into joining the service we were promoting. Some of the places were we operated included library, gyms, and popular student spots. This job was a very exciting one. The purpose of the program was to showcase the new Samsung Rogue phone. Our duties included to explain the product to customers and walk them through the phone features, as well as taking photographs with consumers and users Samsung roughe phones as display for consumers. Also we've been handing a prices of POS (bottle opener, cup, or koozie) to make every one happy. I worked a runway show at Club District which incorporated LF boutique from Newbury ST as well as the hair and make-up stylist Lindsey Guest. I was wearing 2 diffident dresses from a new collection along with a exclusive accessorizes. The show was accompanied by photographers from major media wed sites and fashion magazines. Designers and those luckiest who got chance be there were great! The whole show- absolutely incredible! During the malibu promotion me and my fellow girl coworkers handed out free samples, played games, and got very involved with the crowd. We even handed out prices by doing fun activities. Some of the prices included T- shirts, hats, and flip flops. One of the most successful and well executed promotions in my experience. During the Macy's promotion our main goal was to advertise a new fragrance called "Parisienne". We did this by talking and approaching customers introducing the new product and pushing the sale. The samples were for both men and women. The evening ended with great results, and the fragrance was a hit. One of the most creative gigs I've been a part off. For this one we were dressed as football players using Van Heusen products, which included ; shirts, ties, and football pants. What we did was to spread awareness about IZOD. The final outcome was great. With tons of energy we all had fun, and succesfuly hyped up the crowd motivating them with coupons and smiles! I have worked over 80 promotional and marketing ad campaigns since the age of 16. My first job was working for Nestle Tea. We were at a huge store in my city and we promoted there new brand of tea, with two new flavors; orange and peach. I remember the feeling I had handing out this new product and truly feeling like I was presenting these people with something fresh and new to the market. Ever since then I have grown fond of and realized that marketing is the closest we ever get to traveling through time. We are the hands that forge the bond between the now and the future, and I, for one, would like to be a part of that bridge.
