Writing

Forever by Charles Elliott Hines-Scott I took the smile of a child and made it all mine, \I sold their souls just to find out what I really am. \A thief, so cold and a liar! \I called onto you, for you to wake me from this hell, \I reached for you but you were so far away. \This life has become so numb-so numb deaf and blind. \You gave me an inch but I took several miles \I'd reach but I fear the air of night: \Of you, of love, just everything. \I could run into you but I still refuse, \I'll try to save myself; I see you're forever away. \So don't leave me here by myself while I can't breath.
