As you can see...the main tower is perfectly withing that rule of thirds! That makes for a great alignment. The subject matter is an historical landmark, and the contrast between the stone and the blue sky is fantastic! Great photo!!!

This is done beautifully! There is a rule in photography called the "rule of thirds", where you make invisible lines like a tic-tac-toe board on your photo. Your main subject should be at the intersection of one of these sets of lines.
