Description
This little Hairy Woodpecker got a special breakfast this morning. (raisins mixed into the birdfood) Maybe now she will quit pecking on my house!
From the black & white markings you can easily tell that this is a female. The male Hairy Woodpecker has a bright red head with black & white stripes. (I still don't have a great shot of him, but I will list a shot that I got showing how brightly colored he is)
