Description
Woke up three hours earlier than normal on a Saturday morning in order to start a hike at sunrise to see just what thrives in that twilight hour. After seeing the tail-end of a box turtle and nothing more, I spent the remaining two hours seeing nothing but the usual...Then, right before I left, I take a look over my shoulder. There, all by itself, is a sunflower with the sun in its face. Its single leaf was fluttering in the wind, as if it was waving goodbye.
