i think this is really good, but the eyes are way off. i have a hard time with that too. it's the hardest part to do.

the thing bugging me here is they eyes: they're off a bit and if you look at them long enough it starts to debunk the rest of a very photo realistic head shot, everything else is spot on though, did you do this from a pic?
