Description
This HAS to be the best thing I've ever drawn. This is from one of my favorite manga series called Bizenghast. It's a head of a bratty, little, ghoul who had been on a murderous rampage. She had been drowning all the young girls in the towns by the sea where she was drowned by her playmates by accident.
