I use a Canon 40D, but this could be done on any D-SLR, using a graduated neutral density filter to bring the exposure of the sky down to the exposure of the reflection.

I shot at f/22 for depth of field, ISO 200 for a faster shutter speed, and used automatic exposure bracketing and Photomatix HDR software to bring out detail in the sky.
