It's quite a long process. We record two hours of music jamming and some of it has vocal completely improvised (about 30%). Then we take the music, cut it up into song lengths and I (Andy)take it away and write vocals for it, like this song

the music is awesome, not to slight the great visuals. It would be interesting to know how you come up with a project. Do you conceptualize or jump in?
